They are mostly causedby repeated caesarean sections, which are increasing,and their complications can be expected to increase aswell.2   other causes include singular reports ondilatation and curettage for induced or incompleteabortion, forceps use, and other causes. Here by wereport a case of type1 vesico uterine fistula developingafter induced abortion which is rare and themanagement protocol is discussed with specific simplediagnostic modalities, and definite surgical approach.
